BeatBuddy Pro Testing Program

BeatBuddy Pro is available through a testing program. You receive a device in exchange for a refundable deposit and your feedback as a tester. The program is operated by BeatBuddy Sp. z o.o. located at Litewska 41/22, NIP: 6772504376.

Yes. The deposit is fully refundable. You can return the device within 30 days for a full refund of your deposit. The device must be in its original condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories included.

$150 for the first 100 testers, $190 after that. All amounts include VAT. Available payment methods include: bank transfer, credit card, and online payments.

Devices are shipped to the address you provide. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown during the process. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Contact us at office@beatbuddy.pro. We review all claims within 14 days of submission. If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs will be refunded.

The right to return does not apply if the device has been damaged due to improper use, has been modified, or if the original packaging and accessories are missing. The device must be returned in its original condition.
